SlabSiam is still improving quickly. The most useful reports are specific: a card link, a screenshot, or a real sale/grade result that helps us verify the data.
Contact before public launch
During beta, use the contact channel where you received access to SlabSiam. A dedicated support email or contact form should be added before paid credits or donations are opened publicly.
Account or login help
Tell us which login method you used, what page failed, and what message you saw.
Wrong card or price data
Send the card link, expected card details, and any verified sale example if you have one.
AI grading feedback
Share the grading session, photo issue, or real PSA/BGS/CGC result so we can improve calibration.

Donations are not open yet. When support payments are enabled, they should be clearly separated from AI credits and shown with a simple explanation of what the money funds.
